intermidiary or a link between an employer and a job seeker. What you will do is find an employer looking for employee, and find a job seeker looking for a befiting job, to sign up under this network.



Now this is how you make your money. When you send a message to an employer, and the employer post a job on the network, and find a good job seeker with good resumes, you are paid and if furtunately for you one of the job seekers you refered into the network get hired by this employer,you receive a much better commission . Or if one of the job seekers you refered got hired by an employer(not neccesary an employer you signup) on the network, you are paid a commission.

Now here comes the part i like the most. If you post some of their featured jobs on any adposting sites and a job seeker apply for it(not even a job seeker you signup into the network) and get hired again you make your money.

Now comes the part that proves to be more technical but which i found very easy after working deligently under this network as an agent. The part of getting employers and job seekers to signup under this network. There are so many ways this can be performed, either online or offline.



OFFLINE:- This aspect is very tasking but if you think you can do it, then you are making it.As a student, when ever there are some graduating sets in my school, i do request for their emails which i will send to them that will detail everything they need to do to post their CV's on the network and get employed asap. And through this technic,i now have firend who work as a marketer in a big firm.But if you are not a student, you can tell visit firms around,tell them to post their available at6 the site or try to know when they will be holding their interviews for job seekers ,so you can then come back on the aforementioned date, tell them about the network,collect their e-mails,then send a bulk e-mail (which will be provided to you on the site) to them.



ONLINE:- If the above is too stress ful for you to do, you can as well do your researches of sites that allows free resume searching,where you will get job seekers contact details, and then send a bulk email to them. And as for employers, you can as well search for employers, but i havea site where i do get their cntact email,then send a mail to them to post their available jobs on the network. Its that simple. It takes something to make something. Nothing like get rich quick. But i will never include paid to join site to start your own work from home.
